InvestAlice Inc. respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Waitlist and contact: your email address and anything you include when you write to us.
- Subscriptions: your name, email and billing details, collected by Stripe. We receive the subscription status and your email, but not your full card number.
- Website: this website does not set advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security.
How we use it
- To give you access to the Pro features you subscribed to.
- To reply to you and send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To manage billing, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Services, for example Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and our email delivery provider. They may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@investalice.tech. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
