Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of investalice.tech and the Services provided by InvestAlice Inc., an Ontario corporation (“InvestAlice”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Educational service

The Services are educational. They are not investment advice and do not include any recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds

3.1 Plan and price

AliceIndex Pro costs CAD $14.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. It includes online access to the five-factor AliceScore breakdown, score history and full explanations for the stocks and ETFs we cover. Coverage and features may change over time.

3.2 Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day as your first payment, and the then-current price is charged to your payment method until you cancel. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the change.

3.3 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy, and InvestAlice does not receive or store full card numbers. If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro access until it is resolved.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through the customer portal (“Manage subscription”) or by emailing hello@investalice.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then and will not be charged again.

3.5 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, monthly fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you were charged in error, or a material part of the Service was unavailable, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute our reports or modules without permission, scrape the Services, interfere with their operation or use them unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

InvestAlice, AliceIndex® and all content in the Services belong to InvestAlice Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial learning.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestAlice is not liable for any investment losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
